[GA036] A reconstruction method for air showers under the high noise rate circumstance of the LHAASO-WCDA experiment

Among several detector components of the Large High Altitude Air Shower Observatory (LHAASO), the Water Cherenkov Detector Array (WCDA) is of great importantance for gamma ray astronomy from 100 GeV to 30 TeV. High level of single noises persisting in the triggered events imposes a significant problem for the event reconstruction of the experiment. A solution to the problem has to delicately refine the reconstruction algorithms. The new method developed is introduced in this talk, and the reconstruction precision obtained by analyzing the simulation data is presented.
