Description

The accurate measurement of the spectra of elemental composition of cosmic rays is curial to the origin of cosmic rays. However,the measurements of high energy cosmic rays are based on the ground experiments, the composition reconstruction depends on the hadronic interaction model and energy reconstruction, so large uncertainties are introduced in the measurements. In this paper, we proposed a new method which base on the characteristics of direct Cherenkov Light(DC-light)and LHAASO-WFCTA to improve resolution of reconstructed heavy nuclei spectrum. The method is independent of the interaction model and energy reconstruction for the heavy nuclei spectrum measurements.
