Description

We present results of the analysis of experimental data obtained by the set of cosmic ray and electric field instruments installed at CASLEO (San Juan, Argentina) since 2006. Considreation is focused on the events related to the variations of the surface electric field and associated cosmic ray variations recorded in 2016. We present results of comparative analysis of available solar, interplanetary and geomagnetic activity data obtained during these events. An annular variations of characteristics of these events are discussed. We concentrate on relations between the energetic parameters of these events recorded by ground-based instruments and aboard of high-altitude spacecraft.
